Whilst the building has no onsite receptionist, each occupier is responsible for its own working environment. Management for the building is located in the adjacent building, so help is never far away should it be required. To give respite from the rigour of the working day, seating within the ‘grassed’ areas on the ground floor are provided to enjoy the naturally floodlit atrium and to give a feeling of being outdoors.
The common areas to the fabric are heated via underfloor heating and the individual offices are heated and cooled by air source heat pumps. The building has been given a very good Energy Performance Asset Rating of B36 thanks to the energy efficient building fabric and the heating, ventilation, cooling and LED/PIR lighting systems.
Given the requirements of which our business world relies so heavily on data networking, we have invested in the infrastructure in the building to provide true fibre, giving fast ‘uncontented’ download and upload speeds of up to 100mb.
All Services such as, utility services, maintenance, cleaning and internet provisions are all included, with the following exceptions.
